When we face mountains in life we think of ways of how to carve them one step at a time in our strength. But mountains melt before God’s presence like wax in the presence of fire.
I have faced a few mountains in life. I have tried to get rid of them with my own strength only to conclude that I am not match to mountain’s power. Jesus says that: If we have faith as small as a mustard seed, we can say to any mountain, ‘move from here to there’ and it shall move; and nothing shall be impossible for us ( See Matthew 17:20)
Why we fail to see the greatness of God so often? Why we have to go and fell into wrecks constantly until we rreliae three need to turn to Him an we raise again? When will we see the glory and the majesty and the power of our God? Perhaps mountains in our lives are not to intimidate and terrify us, but to show the glory of God.
Fire goes before God, lightning and thunder carry His garments, righteousness and justice are the the core of His throne. With Him on our side, what can frighten us? Shall trials and tribulation? Our past or our present? Mountains and obstacles? None, none of them, nothing can separate us from the Love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord ( Romans 8:37-39)
